舌下络脉形成的机理探析及临床意义

舌下络脉为中医舌诊的重要诊察部分,在指导辨证、确立治法及用药上可提供较为客观的参考依据,在提升中医辨证的客观化程度和准确性上具有重要意义。目前对于舌下络脉形成的机理研究报道相对较少,且缺乏较为系统的论述。因此,文章首先对舌下络脉的相关文献进行整理分析,进而初步从中医角度和现代医学机制两方面来阐释正常与异常舌下络脉形成的机理,并从舌下络脉的色泽、粗细、润燥等方面对其进行较为深入的剖析,辨析其所预示的临床意义,最后对近年来舌下络脉的相关研究进行简要概述,以期能更为全面的、系统的理解舌下络脉形成的机理及其临床意义。

Sublingual collaterals are an important part of tongue diagnosis in TCM.It can provide a more objective reference basis for guiding syndrome differentiation,establishing treatment and medication,and is of great significance in improving the degree of objectification and accuracy of TCM syndrome differentiation.At present,there are relatively few reports on the mechanism of sublingual collateral formation,and there is a lack of systematic discussion.Therefore,this article first analyzed the related literature of sublingual collaterals,and then explained the mechanism of the formation of normal and abnormal sublingual collaterals from traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical mechanism,and made a more in-depth analysis on the color,thickness and moistening-dryness of the sublingual collaterals,and differentiated the clinical significance.Finally,a brief overview of the related studies of sublingual collaterals in recent years was complicated in order to have a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the mechanism and clinical significance of the formation of sublingual collaterals.
