逐瘀止血汤加减治疗崩漏60例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction Treating Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis

目的:通过对谢萍教授治疗崩漏病例进行回顾性分析,总结逐瘀止血汤加减治疗血瘀型崩漏出血期的临床疗效。方法:本研究采用回顾性观察研究方法,收集导师谢萍教授运用逐瘀止血汤加减治疗血瘀型崩漏病例60例,观察其治疗血瘀型崩漏出血期的止血疗效及治疗前后的中医证候改善情况。结果:止血时间最小值为1 d,最大值为11 d,均值为5. 97 d;止血疗效为显效22例,有效17例,速效11例,无效10例,总有效率为83. 3%。中医证候疗效为痊愈30例(50. 0%),有效18例(30. 0%),显效6例(10. 0%),无效6例(10. 0%)。结论:逐瘀止血汤加减治疗血瘀型崩漏出血期,止血时间均值为5. 97天,止血疗效肯定,且能改善中医证候。

Objective:Professor XIE Ping’s metrorrhagia and metrostaxis treatment cases were retrospectively analyzed.The research analyzed the clinical effect of Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction treating blood stasis type metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in the bleeding period.Methods:This research adopted a retrospective observational study method.We collected tutor XIE Ping using Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction to treat blood stasis type metrorrhagia and metrostaxis 60 cases and observed hemostatic efficacy and improvement of TCM syndromes before and after treatment.Results:The minimum hemostasis time was 1 day and the maximum was 11 days,and the mean value was 5.97 days.The hemostatic efficacy:22 cases was markedly effective,17 cases effective,11 cases available and 10 cases were invalid.The total effective rate was 83.3 3%.The curative effect of TCM syndromes:30 cases were cured(50.0%),18 cases markedly effective(30.0%),6 cases effective(10.0%)and 6 cases invalid(10.0%).Conclusion:Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction treatment of blood stasis type metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in the bleeding period has average stop bleeding time of 5.97 days.The curative effect on bleeding is obvious and it can improve the TCM syndrome.
