小针刀联合等速肌力训练对膝骨关节炎患者肌力、本体感觉的影响

Effect of Small Needle Knife Combined with Isokinetic Training on Muscle Strength and Proprioception in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察小针刀联合等速肌力训练对膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)患者肌力、本体感觉的影响。方法:将在门诊就诊的60例KOA患者随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),治疗组予以小针刀联合等速肌力训练,对照组予以小针刀联合一般肌力训练,疗程均为6周。分别运用等速肌力训练仪、PK254动静态平衡仪、Lysholm评分对其治疗前后伸屈肌群肌力、本体感觉(指标包括A. T. E、平均力量差)、膝关节功能进行评估。结果:两组患者治疗后在伸屈肌群峰力矩、A. T. E、平均负重力量差、Lysholm评分方面均较治疗前有明显改善(P <0. 05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:小针刀联合等速肌力训练可以有效增强KOA患者肌力、本体感觉,改善膝关节功能,发挥良好的治疗KOA的作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of small needle knife combined with isokinetic training on muscle strength and proprioception in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Sixty patients with KOA were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=30)received small needle knife combined with isokinetic training,and the control group(n=30)received small needle knife combined with general muscle training.Both of the two groups were treated for six weeks.Knee extensor/flexor strength,proprioception(indicators including A.T.E and the average load power difference)and joint function before and after treatment were assessed by isokinetic dynamometer,Pro-kin 254 dynamic and static balance system and Lysholm score,respectively.Results:The extensor/flexor peak torque,A.T.E,the average load power difference and Lysholm score were signifiantly improved after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),while the treatment group’s were obviously superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small needle knife combined with isokinetic training can effetively improve knee muscle strength,proprioception and joint function in patients with KOA,and has a good clinical effect.
