头针疗法联合圣愈汤对缺血性脑卒中患者恢复期肢体及语言功能的影响

Study on Effect of Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Shengyu Decoction in Treatment of Patients with Ischemic Stroke During Convalescence on Limb and Language Function

目的:探讨头针疗法联合圣愈汤对缺血性脑卒中患者恢复期肢体肌语言功能的影响。方法:将2016年3月—2018年5月本院收治的206例缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者随机分为对照组与研究组,每组103例。入院后对照组给予降低颅内压、抗血小板聚集、促脑代谢等综合治疗,给予早期康复训练、肢体训练等治疗;研究组在上述基础上给予头针疗法以及口服圣愈汤剂治疗,两组持续治疗3个月。应用中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表(NDS)、欧洲卒中量表(ESS)评价神经功能,应用《中国康复研究中心失语症简易筛查表》评估语言功能,应用简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)和功能性步行量表(FAC)评估肢体功能,比较临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,两组NDS评分降低(P <0. 01),ESS评分升高(P <0. 01),听理解、复述、说、朗读、阅读评分显著升高(P <0. 01),FMA评分、FAC评分升高(P <0. 01);与对照组比较,研究组NDS评分较低(P <0. 01),ESS评分较高(P <0. 01),听理解、复述、说、朗读、阅读评分显著较高(P <0. 01),FMA评分、FAC评分较高(P <0. 01),总有效率较高(P <0. 01)。结论:头针疗法联合圣愈汤治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者疗效显著,可有效改善肢体及语言功能,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with Shengyu Decoction in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke during convalescence on limb and language function.Methods:A total of 206 patients with ischemic stroke in convalescent period from March 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and research group,103 cases in each group.The control group received reduction of intracranial pressure,platelet aggregation and brain metabolism treatment,and early rehabilitation training,limb training and other treatments,and the study group additionally received scalp acupuncture combined with Shengyu Decoction,and two groups were treated for 3 months.Neurological function was assessed by Chinese stroke clinical neurological deficit scale(NDS)and European stroke scale(ESS).Language function was assessed by the Simple Aphasia Screening Table of China Rehabilitation Research Center.The limb function was assessed by the Simple Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale(FMA)and the Functional Walking Scale(FAC),and the clinical curative effect was compared.Results:Compared with those before treatment,NDS score in two groups decreased(P<0.01),ESS score increased(P<0.01),listening comprehension,repetition,speaking,reading and reading score increased significantly(P<0.01),FMA score and FAC score increased(P<0.01).Compared with those of the control group,NDS score in the study group was lower(P<0.01),ESS score was higher(P<0.01),the score of listening comprehension was higher(P<0.01),scores of repetition,speaking,reading and reading were significantly higher(P<0.01),the scores of FMA and FAC were higher(P<0.01),and the total effective rate was higher(P<0.01).Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with Shengyu Decoction is effective in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke in convalescent stage.It can effectively improve limb and language function,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
