摘要
通过ＥＳＴ方法对细粒棘球蚴ｃＤＮＡ文库进行筛选，将得到的ＥＳＴ序列送入ＧｅｎＢａｎｋ和ＥＢＩ进行同源性分析及登陆，对有意义的ＥＳＴ进行通测，得到了完整的细胞线粒体ｒＲＮＡ序列，并进行了同源性比较及质粒转化。为细粒棘球蚴的系统分类、鉴定及进化研究提供了新的有用依据。
Screening cDNA library of the Echinococcus granulosus by EST, chondriosome rRNA had been sequenced, others EST were identified in GenBank. Chondriosome rRNA is important for classing of Echinococcus granulosus.
