摘要
为适应当前医疗市场的激烈竞争,必须造就一批高质量的医疗人才。境外培训已成为人才培养的必要途径。本文重点探讨了如何对境外培训回国人员进行科学系统化管理,以期最大程度的利用人才资源。
Because of the challenging in medical market, hospitals need some high quality personnel. Therefore, training technical personnel by sending them abroad is an essential for hospitals. How to manage the people who undergoing training in developed counties and how in encourage them to do more contributions to hospitals, the questions will be discussed.
