浅议定点医疗机构的医保管理

Tentative discussion on fixed medical institutions in medical insurance management

分析了目前定点医疗机构在医疗保险管理中存在的误区:将医疗保险等同于公费医疗的管理模式,未建立专业的管理队伍;认为无利可图而不重视;医生的认识误区;把参保患者视为特殊群体。在此基础上提出了相应的解决对策。

The article analyzes the misunderstandings for fixed medical institutions in medical insurance management, namely, the misunderstanding to equate the medical insurance with the free medical care and non - professional management; the misunderstanding on the sense without directs interests; the misunderstanding on knowledge of hospital; to regard the patients covered by medical insurance as a special group of population. And based on that, corresponding solutions are proposed accordingly.
