抗早2号方治疗女童真性性早熟的临床研究

Study on Clinical Application of Kangzao- II Recipe in Treating Girl Gonadotropin-releasing Hormone Depen- dent Sexual Precocity

目的:观察抗旱2号方治疗女童真性性早熟的疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法:68例辨证为痰热互结型本病患儿随机分为两组,分别用抗早2号方(治疗组43例)和知柏地黄汤(对照组25例)治疗,并观察患儿临床体征、疗效,测定促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)及子宫卵巢容积、骨龄的变化。结果:临床治疗3个月后,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.0％和76.0％,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。两组FSH、E_2均较用药前降低(P<0.05),而治疗组FSH、LH降低程度较对照组更显著(P<0.01)。B超显示:治疗组治疗后子宫容积和卵巢容积小于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。用药后6个月骨龄显示:治疗组骨龄增长明显落后于年龄增长,其减缓骨龄增长速度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗早2号方治疗痰热互结型真性性早熟的疗效确切,是治疗女童真性性早熟的一种有效药物。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Kangzao-II Recipe in treating girl gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) dependent sexual precocity and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Sixty-eight girl patients of TCM Phlegm-Heat cohering type were randomly divided into two groups, the 43 patients in the treated group were treated with Kangzao-ⅡRecipe and the 25 patients in the control group treated with Zhibai Dihuang Decoction. The clinical therapeutic effect and changes of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), volume of ovary and uterus, and skeletal age were observed. Results: After 3 months treatment, the total effective rate in the treated group and the control group was 86.0% and 76.0% respectively, showing insignificant difference (P > 0.05). FSH and E2 lowered in both groups after treatment ( P < 0.05), but the decrease of FSH, LH and E2 was more significant in the treated group (P < 0.01). B-ultrasono-graphic examination showed that the volume of uterus and ovary in the treated group after treatment were smaller than those in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Skeletal age observation showed that in the treated group after 6 months treatment, its increasing was significantly behind the increase of age, indicating that Kangzao-ⅡRecipe was superior to Zhibai Dihuang Decoction in retarding the increasing speed of skeletal age. Conclusion: Kangzao- II Recipe showed definite effect in treating girl GnRH dependent sexual precocity of Phlegm-Heat cohering type, it is an effective remedy for the disease.
