摘要 目的:探讨高湿环境对大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:取SD大鼠分为3组,在高湿环境中处理5、10、15天,观察不同处理时间大鼠血液流变学各指标、一氧化氮(NO)及内皮素(ET)水平变化。结果:高湿环境会导致大鼠血液流变学各指标增高,NO水平下降,ET水平上升,且变化幅度随时间延长而增加。结论:高湿环境可以导致血瘀证相关指标的变化,为因湿致瘀的假说提供了初步的实验依据。 Objective: To find out the mechanism of exogenous humidity in inducing blood stasis. Methods: SD rats were divided into 3 groups, they were managed in the environment with high humidity for 5, 10 and 15 days respectively to observe the effect on hemorrheologic criteria, nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) at different times. Results: High humidity environment could induce the hemorrheologic criteria increased, NO level lowered, ET level raised, and the amplitude of change increased along with the prolonging of action time. Conclusion: High humidity environment could induce changes of the blood stasis related criteria, which provides a preliminary experimental basis for the hypothesis of 'Dampness caused blood stasis
