人乳头瘤病毒变异体与宫颈癌的新进展
摘要
感染人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)可引起相关疾病 ,高危型HPV尤其是HPV变异体可能对恶性肿瘤的形成起决定作用 ,HPV的不同型具有不同的生理及生化特征 ,又都是宫颈内皮损伤和宫颈癌的危险因素。HPV致宫颈癌还必须有其它因子参与 。
