摘要
律师风险代理业务是目前律师界的一项热门服务项目,其主要内容是对胜诉酬金的约定,而中国现行律师法律法规中都没有对此项业务作出规定。对此项业务的利弊分析、法律探讨及对国外相关制度的借鉴有助于使其在法治轨道中运作,也将有助于中国律师制度的完善。
Attorney's risk agency is hat business, it's main content is the arrangement for contingent fee. But the present laws and regulations make no provisions for this in our country. Analysing it's advantages and disadvantages, investigating and studying it, as well as using the experience of other countries for reference, can be conductive to the completeness of attorney's system of our country.
