摘要
虚拟装配是虚拟制造的关键技术之一 ,可在产品设计阶段进行预装配 ,验证装配工艺的正确性 .基于SolidEdge的可视化虚拟装配系统 ,通过其二次开发 ,应具备装配路径设置、装配零部件位置和姿态调整及消隐、装配视角调整和视图放缩、虚拟仿真设置等功能 .系统的总体结构包括装配建模初始化、装配工艺文件获取、装配过程动画和仿真等模块 .其关键技术有 :解除CAD装配体约束 ,并提取虚拟装配零部件 6元组位置和姿态信息 ;以 6元组信息为基础的虚拟装配体重绘 ,及其装配过程仿真 ;包括虚拟装配零部件、装配体、装配路径和优先级、角度姿态、装配关键点坐标及绕坐标轴角度等信息的数据库组织 .
Virtual assembly is the key technology of virtual manufacture, with which a product at design stage can be pre-assembled dramatically, meanwhile the correctness of assembly process plans can be verified. Through its application development, Solid Edge based visual virtual assembly system should be provided with the following functions: setting up assembly trajectories, adjusting and hiding the position and posture of assembly partscomponents, adjusting and zooming inout assembly view, setting up virtual simulation etc. The general structure of system includes the following modules: initialization of assembly modeling, acquirement of assembly process files, animation and simulation of assembly process. Its key technology: release CAD assembly body constrains and acquire the position and posture information of 6-tuple of partscomponents of virtual assembly; redraw virtual assembly body on the base of 6-tuple information and simulate assembly process; organize database including the following information: virtual assembly partscomponents, assembly body, assembly trajectories, prior level, angle posture, coordinate and angle corresponding to coordinate axis of assembly key point etc.
