思想政治工作是高校培养优秀合格人才的重要组成部分。面向新的时代,高校思想政治工作只能加强,不能削弱。要做好当代大学生思想政治工作,必须针对当代大学生的不同特点和要求,以江泽民"三个代表"的思想为指导,更加重视同大学生的交往、交谈和各种教育活动的组织。

The ideological and political work is one important part of cultivating qualified and competent people in institutes of higher learning. Facing the new times, the work should be strengthened but not be weakened.According to various characteristics of contemporary college students and different requests to them,under the guide of Jiang Zemin's important thought of Three Represents,this paper expounds some basic ways and approaches in dealing with the ideological and political work of contemporary college students.
