摘要
采用昆明小鼠为实验对象 ,通过饲喂卤虫粉剂 4周以后 ,作抗疲劳、抗高温及抗寒冷实验 ,并以血清乳酸脱氧氢酶LDH活力 ,血乳酸BLA ,肌糖原MG ,肝糖原LG等 4个生理参数为指标观察卤虫粉的抗疲劳之效应 ,结果表明 ,饲喂 4周卤虫粉剂的小鼠 ,其LDH、LG含量均显著高于对照组 ;其抗疲劳时间亦显著长于对照组 ,且抗疲劳实验后 30min和 60min的血乳酸水平均低于对照组 .在体重增长和耐寒冷体能提高方面亦具有显著作用 。
The present paper studies the functions of Artemia powder in antifatigue,anti high temperature and anti chilliness actions of Mus musculus (kunming mouse). The tests indicated that when mice feed on Artemia powder for 4 weeks,the LDH activity,liver glycogen (LG) levels were significantly higher than that of control,and the Artemia powder can prolong the time of swimming. After antifatigue exercise (swimming),the levels of blood lactice acids (BLA) were significantly lower than those of control,and the recovery rate of BLA was much faster than that of control.
