摘要
针对火电厂常用高温高压螺栓材料25Cr2MolV钢常由于松驰失效导致脆性断裂事故,本文从损伤力学观点出发,结合无损探伤理论,提出用超声波与声发射特性评估火电厂高温高压汽缸连接螺栓松弛损伤失效方法,并使所测损伤参变量实现量化。
High temperature and hign pressure bolt material Steel_25Cr2MolV has been used widely in thermal power plant.Due to its loose invalidation,it often leads to brittleness fracture accident.Based on damage mechanics and integrated with nondestructive inspection theory,this paper proposes a solution which measures loose invalidation of bolt conjunctted high temperature and high pressure with ultrasonic and sound scatter character of harmed part,and quantitate the fact of damage.
