摘要
我国加入WTO后,高等教育的开放程度备受关注,高校师资建设的任务十分繁重。面对新世纪师资建设的新特点、新任务,高校要坚持“三个相结合”,即:“实现内涵调整与外延发展相结合;把建一流师资与建一流大学的目标相结合;把我国国情同世界高教改革的强劲势头相结合。”制定对策,采取措施,加大我国师资队伍建设的力度。
After China抯 entry into WTO, more and more people have become concerned about the extent to which Chinas higher education will open to the world. It抯 a great task to construct university teaching staff. Be confronted with new features and duties, universities have to insist on 搕hree combinations? which means 揷ombining interior readjustment with outer development, combining construction of first grade teachers with first grade universities as well as combining Chinese conditions with international reformation of higher education?
