The Basic Law for Education is a fundamental law for education in Japan,its being a-mended is the most important thing for Japanese education in the new century.The paper makes an in-troduction and commentary on the process which the revised draft is pointed out ,the basis and the con-tent of the revised draft,and the problems disputed with the revised draft.
