On the New Requirement for Teachers’Quality in the Care Theory of Nel.Noddings

诺丁斯关心理论对教师素质有一种全新要求。在此将从师生关系和教师的德育能力这两个方面来阐述关心型教师需要具备的全新素质,并在此基础上对我国的德育进行了深入的思考,以期为我国正在进行的德育改革提供一些启发和借鉴。

The paper introduces the new requirement for teachers’quality,one of the viewpoints of Nel.Noddings’care theory.The necessary new quality for teachers is analyzed on such aspects as the re lationship between teachers and students and the ability of moral education of teachers.In addition,the paper probes into moral education in China on basis of the analysis above,which can provide some inspiration and reference for moral education reform in China.
