The development of the society depends on man’s quality, archives are very important to everyone, which is the main base for state and companies to select talents. At the knowledge-based era, the value of archives is even more important. How to do this work well is an important task for all archives managers, which also offer the opportunity as well as challenge for them to improve their quality.
