Library management under the guidance of new ideas in the new period of time

新时期的图书馆在管理上应该引进一系列的新观念。本文提出应用发展的新观念、人才管理的新观念、知识管理的新观念、服务模式的新观念、与外界合作的新观念管理图书馆 。

New ideas should be introduced to the library management in the new period of time. It is pointed out in the present paper that the new ideas of development, talent management, knowledge management, service modes and co-operation should be applied to the construction of a new library and to the library management.
