社会转型是指由农业经济向工业经济 ,工业经济向知识经济的转型。中国就是在由农业经济向工业经济的社会转型中落伍的。晋商在这次社会转型中本应充当先锋角色 ;但由于种种原因 ,晋商却在转型中衰败了。衰败原因有内因、外因。

The transfer of social patterns is the transfer of agricultural economy to industrial economy and the transfer of industrial economy to knowledge economy. It was in the transfer of agricultural economy to industrial economy that China was left behind. Commerce in Shanxi should have played the leading role in the transfer, but it declined. Of course, there were internal causes as well as external causes. Three aspects of the internal causes are mainly analyzed and compared in the essay.
