论大学生人文素质教育

On humane quality education of college students

在各级各类学校实施素质教育,已成为教育界和许多有志之士的共识,也是我国教育改革和发展的大势所趋.而开展大学生人文素质教育则是其中重要一环,无论是对大学生个体还是对大学生群体都有着十分重要的意义.本文从加强领导、加强师资队伍建设、加快课程改革、加强校园文化建设等方面提出了大学生人文素质教育的建议和设想.

Among the persons with lofty ideals and in the circle of education, it is commomly recognized that there should be a great promotion of the development of quality education in our country. The effect of humane quality education of college students is one of the important links. It carries very important meaning to both the whole and any individual student. This article puts forward some suggestions and suppositions on the humane quality education of college students in the respects of the reinforcement of leadership, the reinforcement of the construction of teadchers, the speed up of the reform of courses and the reinforcement of the cultural construction on the campus.
