从设计、检修和运用等多方面深入分析了HXD21000系机车发生接地故障的原因,优化了牵引控制单元软件,通过近3个月的运用考核,验证了优化效果,接地现象显著减少。
From design, overhaul and application, the paper deeply analyzes the reason of HXD21000 locomotive grounding fault and traction control unit software is optimized. Through application evaluation for three months, the effect is verified and grounding phenomenon decrease obviously.
