摘要
根据HXD3C型电力机车110V充电单元内部各模块工作原理,发现单元故障是元器件质量缺陷、PSU控制插件故障、电磁干扰、电磁接触器吸合不正常等原因造成,制定了有效的解决措施,保证线上运输秩序。
According to each module’s working principles of 110 V charging unit for HXD3 C electric locomotive,it is found that unit faults are caused by quality defects of components,fault of PSU control plugin,electromagnetic interference and abnormal non-pickup of electromagnetic contactor.Effective measures are developed to ensure the order of online transportation.
