和谐型电力机车C6修部件污染原因分析与清洁技术研究

摘要 分析了和谐型电力机车部件污染原因,将传统清洁方法与干冰清洗、超声波清洗、机器人清洗方法的优缺点进行对比分析。结合和谐型电力机车高级修,对以上清洁方法在和谐型电力机车部件检修中的运用进行了验证,对不同种类部件清洁方法进行了筛选。实践表明,合理选取清洁方法能有效提升机车部件清洁效果、提高清洁效率,对后续各承修单位进行清洁技术方案的改进和优化具有重要参考意义。 This paper analyzes the causes of HX electric locomotive parts’pollution,and compares the traditional cleaning methods with dry ice cleaning,ultrasonic cleaning and robot cleaning methods on the merits and demerits.Combining with the advanced repair of HX electric locomotive,the above cleaning methods were verified in the maintenance of HX electric locomotive parts,and the cleaning methods of different kinds of parts were screened.The practice shows that reasonable selection of cleaning methods can effectively improve the cleaning effect and efficiency and will provide important reference for the improvement and optimization of cleaning technology scheme.
