介绍了HXD3系列机车的制造运用现状;叙述了HXD3系列机车轴箱轴承的技术路线、主要技术指标及结构方案;详述了HXD3系列机车轴箱轴承在设计、制造、检验、台架试验及装车考核等研制历程,并与进口轴承进行了对比分析;研制技术成果通过了铁路总公司科信部组织的技术评审;肯定了HXD3系列机车轴箱轴承的技术水平及社会作用经济价值;最后建议推广运用自主化HXD3系列机车轴箱轴承。

The paper introduces the present situation of manufacture and application of HXD3 series locomotive,describes the technical route,main technical index and structure scheme of the axle box bearing in the locomotive,expounds the development course of the axle box bearing in design,manufacture,inspection,bench test and the service testing,and makes a comparative analysis with the imported bearing.The development technical results have passed the technical evaluation organized by the Department of Science and Information of Railway Corporation,and its technical level and social economic value are confirmed.Finally popularizing and applying of the axle box bearings for HXD3 series locomotives are suggested.
