摘要
以HXD2型电力机车总体设计的模块划分为技术平台,从电力机车体系结构建立、模块化设计类型、模块化设计方法3个方面,开展了电力机车产品模块化设计方法与应用研究,建立了电力机车产品模块化设计方法体系,创新了电力机车产品开发的设计思路。对提高电力机车产品形式的通用性、可塑性,拓展机车产品种类,加快新产品的研发速度,以及提高电力机车产品的模块化、标准化、系列化和可维护性水平起到了积极的作用。
HXD2 electric locomotive technology platform based on the module division of overall design,from three aspects of establishing electric locomotive system structure,the types of modular design,modular design method,design method and applied research of product modularization for electric locomotive are carried out,the system of electric locomotive product modular design method is established,and the design ideas of electric locomotive product development are innovated.It plays a positive role in improving the universality and plasticity of electric locomotive products,expanding the types of locomotive products,speeding up the research and development of new products,and improving the level of modularization,standardization,serialization and maintainability of electric locomotive products.
