摘要
果树休眠枝采用小塑料袋密封包装,在-3~-5℃条件下可进行长期保存。在液氮温度下(-196℃),降低枝条含水量可提高保存成活率。加入含有二甲亚砜(DMSO)的复合冰冻防护剂并在38℃水浴中化冻,可有效地防止冷冻伤害,提高超低温保存质量。
It could be possible for preservating temperate fruit dormant shoots in sealed small polyethylene bags in —3~—5℃. Survival will be increased as the moisture content decreased in Liquid Nitrogen(LN_2,—196℃). The highest survival was obtained with the help of cryoprotectants involved DMSO in LN_2 after thawing rapidly in 38℃ water.
