广东省弓形虫及弓形虫病研究 被引量:2

摘要 近20年来,广东省在弓形虫及弓形虫病研究作了不少工作。本文从弓形虫在广东发现及生物学特性,弓形虫循环抗原及抗体检测,弓形虫核酸检测及虫株分子差异性,弓形虫基因的体外扩增、克隆、表达与免疫4个方面进行概括。
