卵巢环状小管性索肿瘤2例 被引量：2

摘要 例1,44岁,2010年10月因月经淋漓不尽,经期延长,行分段诊刮术,病理诊断子宫内膜增生紊乱。2011年3月8日B超示:左侧附件区混合性占位大小48 mm×47 mm×43mm,宫腔内混合性回声大小4 mm×4 mm×5 mm,双乳小叶增生;拟'左侧附件肿块待查'收住入院。术前血清学检查CA125 11. 9 U/m L,CA199 <2. 00 U/m L,AFP 3. 58 ng/m L.
