摘要 研究了四阶段谷冷对新入仓早籼稻的冷却效果及能耗情况,结果表明,在26℃~29℃的工况下,四阶段上行压入式谷冷,将新入仓早籼稻表层温度降至25℃时,整仓粮温在22℃,单位能耗为0.154°/℃·t,降温速度较两阶段上行压入式谷冷快,单位能耗比两阶段上行压入式谷冷低。 The cooling effect and energy consumption of the four-stage grain cooling test was took on the early indica rice newly harvested.The results show that under the working conditions of 26℃~29℃,the unit energy consumption with four-stage up-pressing cooling is 0.154°/℃·t,when the surface temperature of grain pile is downed to about 25℃with the 85 kW three-compressor grain cooler.At this time the average grain pile temperature is about 22℃.The cooling rate of this method is faster,and the energy consumption is lower than that of the two-stage up-pressing cooling.
