地槽通风改造系统生产性试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高地槽通风系统的通风效果,充分利用现有资源的条件下,采用在地槽出风口加盖地上笼的方法,增加地槽出风口的表面积,并通过选用相同仓房条件和相同功率的仓内轴流风机通风,分析比较该方法储藏不同粮食品种时的通风效果。结果表明,在储藏稻谷、玉米和小麦3种主要储粮品种时,试验仓房平均单位通风量分别比对照仓房提高了2.06、1.65和2.01倍,通风效果显著提高;在气密性相近的条件下,地槽通风改造系统通风效果稳定。 For increasing effect of geosyncline ventilation system,over ground conduit was installed on air outlet of geosyncline under the condition of making full use of existing resources.Under the condition of using the method,the superficial area of air outlet of geosyncline was increased.The same conditions of warehouses and same power of axial fans in bin were chosen,then ventilation effect was tested to stored different grain.The result showed that average unit ventilation volume of the test warehouse were 2.06,1.65 and 2.01 times higher than control group,respectively paddy、corn and wheat were stored.The ventilation effect was significantly improved and stabilized under the condition of similar air tightness.So the method of geosyncline ventilation reformation system has important guiding significance for production.
