摘要
将收获后高水分花生果以室温囤储、室内走廊摊开和冷库储存三种方式进行短期储存,观察并测定期间的发热霉变情况。结果表明,湿花生果于室温囤储(囤底面及侧壁均为冲孔钢板)和室内走廊摊开存放两种储存条件下,均放置2d^3d即开始发霉,且在室温条件下,即使储存容器维护结构为开孔透气状态,湿花生果发热现象也非常明显,料堆温度与室温温差呈现先增加后减小的状态,在8d时达19℃;而在冷库(温度4℃~5℃)条件下,可安全存储12d,花生果没有发芽发霉现象。这些数据为湿花生果干燥前的短期储存和运输提供依据。
Peanuts with high moisture content after harvesting were stored in a container at room temperature,spread on the corridor floor and stored in a freezer for a short time.It’s fever and mildew situations were observed and measured.The results showed that the peanuts with high moisture content was mildew after 2~3 days’storage,which were stored in a container at room temperature(The bottom and side walls of the container were punched steel plates)or spread on the corridor floor.The peanuts stored in a container at room temperature were fever obviously,and the temperature difference between the temperature of the material pile and the room temperature increases first and then decreases,reaching 19℃at 8 d although the maintenance structure was punched.Peanuts with high moisture contents can be stored safely for 12 days in the freezer(4~5℃),and there was no germination and mildew of peanuts.These data provided the basis for short-term storage and transportation of peanuts with high moisture content before drying.
