摘要
介绍了2套800 kt/a装置中采用活性波纹填料组合体对填料结构及装填方式进行优化调整。通过对比调整前后的填料性能、生产运行指标、装置产能、干燥塔出口水分、二吸塔出口酸雾、系统阻力降、风机透平蒸汽消耗及经济效益分析,发现采用高效活性波纹填料组合体使填料塔系统阻力减小、能耗降低、传质效率提高,比采用传统填料的硫酸产量最少提高10%以上,且各项指标明显改善,生产成本有效降低。
Optimization and adjustment of packing structure and loading option were implemented by using active ripple packing arrangement in two 800 kt/a plants. By comparison of packing performance,production operation index,plant capacity,moisture at outlet of drying tower,acid mist at outlet of intermediate absorption tower,pressure drop in system,steam consumption of fan turbine,and economic efficiency analysis before and after adjustment,it is found that active ripple packing arrangement made pressure drop in system decrease,consumption reduce,mass transfer efficiency increase,and sulphuric acid output by traditional packing rise by 10% at least,each index substantially improve production cost obviously reduce.
