硬石膏制硫酸联产混凝土膨胀剂装置的设计与生产实践

摘要 介绍了150 kt/a硬石膏制硫酸联产150 kt/a混凝土膨胀剂装置设计规模、工艺原理、生产流程及运行情况。装置采用硬石膏在回转窑分解出SO_2气体制硫酸联产水泥熟料或膨胀剂(简称高钙料)。烧成工序采用国内成熟的回转窑分解+4级悬浮预热器方法,硫酸生产工序采用"3+1"、ⅣⅠ-ⅢⅡ二转二吸加2级尾气吸收处理工艺流程。详述主要设备选型、经济技术运行指标,并分析经济效益。该装置运行时间超过半年,各项工艺指标均达到设计要求。 Design scale,technology principal,production flow and operational aspect of co-production of 150 kt/a sulphric acid and 150 kt/a concrete swelling agent by gypsum are introduced. Sulphur dioxide decomposed in rotary kiln with anhydrite were utilized to co-produce sulphric acid and cement clinker or swelling agent. Firing process adopted matured technology rotary kiln decomposition plus four-grade suspension preheater,and sulphuric acid production process adopted '3 + 1 '、ⅣⅠ-ⅢⅡ double absorption process plus two-grade tail gas absorption. Main equipment selection and economic and technical operation indicators are described in detail,and economic benefit are analyzed. The plant has run for more than half a year,each operation index reached design value.
