摘要
南通市农业灌溉基本为电灌站提水灌溉,水泵基本为中小型的混流泵。本文采用现场测试方法,系统研究根据泵站用电量计算灌溉用水量的电水转换法。对南通市中小型混流泵研究得出,电水转换法计算经验公式中的流量功率比与水泵规格无明显关系;在扬程变化幅度不大(0.5m左右)的情况下,扬程对流量功率比的影响很小,可以忽略不计;流量功率比与装置效率关系密切,随装置效率的提高而显著增大;由实测数据得到的提水量计算经验公式具有较高精度,通过与如皋马尧泵站一个水稻灌溉周期的提水量实测数据进行比较,经验公式计算的相对误差为8.85%,能够满足农业灌溉用水计量的要求。
The basic method of irrigation is pumping water in Nantong. The pump is basically small and medium mixed flow pump. In this paper, the indirect measurement method of electric water conversion is studied by field test method. There is no obvious relationship between the flow power ratio and the pump specifications in the empirical formula of the water electricity conversion method for the medium and small mixed flow pump in Nantong. In the case of the small change of the head(about 0.5m), the influence of the head on the flow power ratio is very small and can be ignored. The flow power ratio is closely related to the efficiency of the device, and increases with the increase of the efficiency of the device. By comparing with the measured data of Mayao pump station in Rugao for a rice irrigation cycle, the relative error of empirical formula is 8.85%, which can meet the requirements of agricultural irrigation water measurement.
