植物油中壬基酚检测方法的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 壬基酚是一种环境污染物,具有雌激素样效应,能够对机体产生毒害作用。据调查,壬基酚普遍存在各类食品中,能从包装材料或通过其他途径向食品中迁移,如塑料制品中的壬基酚向植物油中迁移等。但目前,国内尚未有植物油中壬基酚的国家或行业检测标准,相关文献资料也甚少。本文根据油脂特性,摸索了植物油中壬基酚的检测方法:称取一定质量植物油加入无水乙醇超声提取30 min,并离心取上清液、过有机滤膜,利用高效液相色谱荧光检测器(发射波长为227 nm,激发波长为315 nm)进行检测。本文所述方法检出限为10μg/kg,回收率可达80%以上。 Nonylphenol is a kind of environmental pollutant,having an estrogen-like effect,and can produce toxin effect on the body. According to the survey,nonylphenol generally exists in all kinds of foods. It can migrate to food from packaging materials,for example,migrating to vegetable oil from plastics. At present,there is no national standard or industry standard on determination of nonylphenol in vegetable oil,and there is a paucity of literature in domestic. According to the characteristics of vegetable oil,the determination of nonylphenol in vegetable oil was explored: Firstly,the vegetable oil samples having certain quality and added to anhydrous alcohol were extracted by ultrasonic. Secondly,the vegetable oil samples were detected by HPLC equipped with a fluorescence detector( the emission wavelength is227 nm and the excitation wavelength is 315 nm) after centrifugation. Detection limit of the method is 10 ppb and the rate of recovery of the method can reach more than 80% in this paper.
