乡村振兴战略视域下农家书屋可持续发展研究

On the Sustainable Development of Rural Bookstore in the Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy

中央实施乡村振兴战略是加强乡村文化建设的良好机遇。农家书屋作为全国性政府公共文化工程直接关涉乡村文化水平和文明程度的提升。但农家书屋发展过程中遇到了农民对农家书屋的接受度和参与度不高、书屋设施管理缺乏有效保障机制、书屋出版物配置行政化以及书屋建设缺乏充足资金的问题。各级相关政府职能部门应该利用实施乡村振兴战略的大好时机,从发展乡村产业、增置和搭建书屋软硬件设施、合理配置书屋资源、筹备书屋建设资金以及推进农家书屋电子信息化方面入手,推进农家书屋的可持续发展,更好为促进乡村振兴服务。

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy by the central government provides a good opportunity to strengthen the construction of rural culture. As a national governmental public cultural project, the rural bookstore is directly related to the promotion of rural cultural level and rural civilization. However, the development of the rural bookstore faces such problems as low acceptance and participation of the farmers, lack of effective guarantee mechanism for the management of bookstore facilities, the administrative allocation of publication, and sufficient construction funds. Relevant government departments at all levels should take the advantage of the good opportunity of the rural revitalization strategy to promote the sustainable development of rural bookstore and to better serve the revitalization project by developing rural industry, adding and building both hard and software bookstore facilities, rationally allocating bookstores resources, preparing funds for the construction of bookstore, and promoting the electronic information level of rural bookstores.
