绿色教育理念下艺术类专业学生就业竞争力研究

Study on the Employment Competitiveness of Art Students from the Perspective of Green Education

在就业竞争日益激烈的今天,高校切实加强学生就业竞争力的培养显得尤为迫切。针对艺术类专业学生在就业过程中存在的就业观念偏差、专业技能有限、责任意识缺失、创新能力低下等问题,提出大学生就业竞争力培养工作要在绿色教育理念的引领下,以贯彻学生导师制、引入顶岗实习模式、强化社会责任教育、丰富课程设置内容为工作抓手,助推大学生就业竞争力培养。

In the increasingly competitive employment context, it is particularly urgent for colleges and universities to strengthen the cultivation of students’ employment competitiveness. In view of the problems existing in the college and university students’ job seeking, such as bias in employment perception, limited professional skills, lack of responsibility consciousness and low innovation ability, it is proposed that the training of employment competitiveness should carry out green education principle, by implementing the student tutor system, introducing internships mode, strengthening the social responsibility awareness, and enriching curriculum content to boost the employment competitiveness of college students.
