摘要
以聚砜(PS)为膜材料,以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为添加剂,通过相转化法在无纺布基膜上制备高通量纳滤膜。主要研究添加剂含量、蒸发温度、蒸发时间等制膜条件对膜性能的影响,考察膜对染料废水的去除效果。结果表明,当PVP含量为3%,溶剂蒸发温度为100℃,蒸发时间为0.5 min时所制得的纳滤膜分离性能最好。在0.6 MPa、25℃下该膜对低分子量染料的截留率可达99%,且通量达到82 L/m2h,可用于染料废水处理。
The polysulfone(PS) nanofiltration(NF) membrane with PVP as additive was fabricated on the nonwoven fabrics by phase inversion. The effects of the conditions of membrane fabrication such as additive content in the casting solution,solvent evaporation temperature and evaporation time on the performance of the PS NF membrane were investigated. The separation properties of the membrane for dyes wastewater treatment were studied. The results indicate: the membrane fabricated with 3% PVP and evaporated at 100℃ for 0.5 min manifests the best separation performance;the rejection of the membrane for low molecular weight dyes can reach 99% with a flux of 82 L/m2 h when tested at 0.6 MPa and 25℃ and it could be used in dye wastewater treatment.
