Constructing Quality Guarantee System for Teaching Tennis in Universities

在高校的网球教学中,存在教学目标不明确、基础设施建设相对不足、教学模式相对落后等方面的问题,在一定程度上制约了网球教学质量的提高。针对高校网球教学的现状,从网球课程建设理念的转变、教师队伍的建设、教学质量管理与评级机制构建、健全教学激励机制等方面,探讨高校网球教学质量保障机制的构建原则与构建策略,旨在能够建立起促进高校网球教学质量不断提高的保障机制。

At present,the problems of teaching tennis in colleges and universities,such as lack of teaching object,relative deficiency of infrastructure,backward in teaching model,stop,to some extent,the quality improvement of tennis course. therefore,the principles and tactics to build the security mechanism of quality in tennis course will be discussed from the following aspects:the current situation of the tennis teaching in colleges and universities,the shift of view on how to construct the tennis course,the construction of teaching staff,the building of teaching quality system and rating mechanism and the improvement of incentive mechanism in tennis teaching. The purpose of the doing is to build the security mechanism to improve continuously the quality of teaching tennis in higher educational institutions.
