摘要
本文用醇盐法制备了La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Yb和Y的氢氧化物和氧化物的超微粉末.利用XRD、TEM等手段对其结构、形貌和粒径进行了研究,考察了超微粉末的表面光电压和差热、热重等性质.
In this paper, hydroxides and oxides ultrafine powders of La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd,Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Yb, Y et al were prepared by alcoxides method, their structure and particle size were determined by means of XRD and TEM techniques, their surface photovoltage, differential thermal and thermal gravity properties were investigated.
