摘要
本文采用无力矩薄膜应力理论及边界效应理论,对椭球形封头及相连元件锅筒进行了应力分析,通过分析得到如下结论:1.若使凸形封头的最大当量应力达到最小,即受力状态最好,封头的长短轴之比可取m=1.24;2.若从封头成型容易减薄量小考虑,同时,为避免封头出现失稳现象,封头的长短轴之比可取m=2。
In this paper, the stress of rotative shell of boilers is analyzed
by elastic theory, from which we can deduce that the optimum ratio of
major axis to minor axis of rotative shell of boilers is m=2. Then peak
equivalent stress of shells is low and destabilization of shells is
avoided.
