摘要
非蛋白呼吸商是生理学中的一个重要概念,指的是糖和脂肪体内氧化时放出的CO_2量与消耗的O_2量的比值。对应不同的非蛋白呼吸商,糖和脂肪氧化的百分比不同。本文通过定量计算分析表明,糖和脂肪氧化百分比既不是质量百分比,也不是放能百分比,而是耗氧百分比。
Nonprotein respiratory quotient, a important notion in physiology, means the ratio of releasing CO_2 and consuming O_2 in the process of oxidizing sugar and fat in body. There is a corresponding oxidizing percentage of sugar and fat to different nonprotein respiratory quotient. By quantitive analysis, the study indicates that that the oxidizing percentage of sugar and fat, in fact, is the percentage of consuming oxygen rather that the mass percentage and the releasing energy percentage.
