摘要
偏转板伺服阀已广泛应用于大型运输机、民用客机的各类舵机和操纵系统。建立了偏转板伺服阀射流接收器的接受面积、泄漏面积、控制腔压力以及负载压力的数学模型,得出了接收器接收孔的孔边间距、供油压力等因素对压力特性的影响规律,发现了当加工造成射流接收器的左右两个接收孔不对称时,偏转板伺服阀会发生"零偏"的现象,并提出了纠正该"零偏"的方法。
Deflector jet servo valve is being vastly utilized in big cargo carrier and civil airliners, but there are not the-oretical research report. This paper shows the mathematical model on the acceptance area, leakage area, recover pres-sure and load pressure, and the influence of orifice distance and oil supply pressure on the pressure characteristics of servo valve. The results are theoretical foundation for increasing valve performance. The zero offset phenomenon due to the asymmetry of the left and right orifices during real processing is analyzed, and the method to fix zero off-set is proposed.
