摘要
电液比例加载系统是利用电液比例溢流阀或电液比例节流阀,通过改变二次元件出口处的压力值来最终实现对液压马达的加载。针对电液比例溢流阀加载系统在实验过程中出现的非线性及时变性等不稳定特点,提出了对电液比例溢流阀加载系统采用模糊PID复合控制策略,设计了模糊PID控制器,实现了对PID参数的在线整定,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件仿真,验证了模糊PID控制作为电液比例加载系统的控制方法是良好的。
An electro-hydraulic proportional loading system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve or electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve to load on the hydraulic motor by changing the pressure value of the hydraulic motor at outlet. Facing the nonlinear and unstable characteristics of electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve in the loading experiment, this paper puts forward to the electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve loading system using fuzzy-PID control strategy, and designs the fuzzy-PID controller, which can realize the online tuning of PID parameters. The simulation shows that the fuzzy- PID control as a control method of electro- hydraulic proportional loading system is good based on MATLAB/Simulink.
