摘要
介绍了一种精密型气体减压阀的结构和工作原理,建立了该阀的静态数学模型,并根据数学模型对该阀的调压特性和流量特性进行了仿真分析。利用数学模型预测的调压特性和流量特性与实验结果相符,表明所建立的数学模型正确,可作为设计、分析与开发同类阀的依据。
The paper introduces the structure and the operating principle of a precision pneumatic regulator and devel-ops a static characteristics mathematical model from which key design points are found. Compared the regulation and flow characteristics calculated from the mathematical model matches with experimented results, it shows the model can serve as a basic of regulator design and analysis.
