砂轮磨损量及钝化程度的在线监测系统的误差分析 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了一种结合误差分离技术和差压技术对砂轮的工作表面进行在线监测的系统。分析了影响系统测量精度的主要误差因素,如磨削液质量、系统采样点数、非线性误差等。给出了减小误差的措施以达到提高系统测量精度的目的。 A kind of system of on-line measuring the working surface of grinding wheel, which combines the technol-ogy of differential pressure and the error separation technique is introduced in this paper. And then, the main er-ror factors of affecting measurement accuracy, such as the quality of grinding fluid, the number of samples, nonlin-ear error, are analyzed. Besides, the measures to reduce the error for improving the measurement accuracy of the sys-tem are given in this paper.
