摘要
介绍了封闭功率系统的特点和现状,针对履带底盘设计了液压封闭功率试验系统,对系统的工作原理、系统压力、阻尼泵排量选择、补偿泵流量和回收效率进行了分析和计算,为系统的搭建提供了理论基础。
This paper describes the characteristic and current situation of hydraulic system with power recycle. And the hydraulic durable testing system with power recycle testing system for crawler base has been designed. Theoretical analysis has been done for the system's principle, pressure, displacement of damping pump, flow of compensation pump and recovery efficiency. It can provide basic theory for the building of testing system.
