摘要
以某型全液控变量泵和配套控制阀为研究对象,分别建立变量机构、负载敏感阀、恒功率阀和压力切断阀的仿真模型,测试单个控制阀的压力-流量特性。根据各个控制功能之间的逻辑关系建立复合控制功能模型,针对整机实际使用工况进行仿真分析,验证逻辑关系的合理性、复合控制功能压力-流量特性与实际工作情况的一致性。最后将仿真结果与试验测试数据进行对比分析,证明了仿真结果的正确性。
Taking the complete hydraulic control variable displacement pump and its control valve as the research ob-jects, the simulation model of variable displacement mechanism, Load Sensing valve, constant power valve and pres-sure cut-off valve were established respectively, and the pressure-flow characteristics of single control valve was test-ed. According to the logical relationship between each control function,compound control function model was es-tablished. In view of the actual operational condition of whole machine for simulating and analysis, the rationality of logical relationship, the consistency between compound control pressure-flow characteristics and actual working condition were verified. Finally, simulation results and test data were also compared and analyzed, and the correct-ness of the simulation results was proved.
